The unique rating system allows the Employer to rate WorkMates based on their experience
and efficiency. This not only encourages the WorkMate to perform and excel
in his job, but also to ensure the Employer that he gets what he pays for.
Everytime a person hires a WorkMate he is required to rate the WorkMate after the
job is completed, failing to do so, will result in a penalty fee and a suspended
account.
The more positive ratings a WorkMate gets the faster his online skill level will
grow. WorkMates are payed based on their skill level, thus accurate ratings
are required by the Employer to ensure that WorkMates are encouraged to deliver
their best.
The WorkMates are categorized based on their skill colour ranging from Unskilled
to Highly skilled.
